Re/center Yoga Flow

Recenter at our midweek sunset Yoga on Wednesday evening at 7pm at the re/creation center.

Classes vary from week to week and incorporate sequences for all levels. Props are encouraged and cued as needed.

Entry is donation-based. We appreciate any support in continuing this mission in our space!
